I contacted my Attorney but he is in court most of the day.
I received a letter today with "NOTICE OF HEARING" there is no reference point of subject. I am in Voc/Rehab and Work Hardening, I am MMI but have not recieved a rating. I know this obscure, but its all I have. does any one have an Idea of the reasoning with this hearing. One point in July there were a TTD issue but this TTD is was resolved with a phone call. |

Is there no attachment stating why/when/who??? Read the front over and over. There is always a reason stated. Let us know. I have no idea why you would get this notice with no reason, place, time, etc.

if you are at MMI it may be a hearing to stop your TTD...some states can stop the min they get a docs statement you are at MMI some have to go to court..are you close to the end of your voc rehab and work hardening? It may be to set you up with someone to give you a rating....I am afraid you wont know till your lawyer calls you back...does he not have a paralegal to answer your questions?

either you or the other party requested the hearing. the request gave a reason; the notice is not required to.
a possible reason is that settlement negotiations were unsuccessful; there are many other possibilities. |

Thank you, I just began my Voc Rehab and my Work hardening I am 2 weeks in my work hardening and 1 week in my voc rehab. I am in Maryland it is my understanding that during the course of voc rehab I must be paid TTD. also there is another medical proceedure that I am 90% likely to have so in summary: I am in Voc rehab I am in work Hardening I am looking towards another med procedure. |
