Now, an FCE is only as good as the effort put into it, and then again that goes for the person performing it, making out the report.

As said before, put 25 people into a room, watching and reporting on the FCE, and we are going to see 25 different reports. This also goes for X-rays and MRI's and such.

You keep saying your research, your readings your this etc. Excuse me if I am off base here but what Qualifications do you have above someone such as I or any other IW who has been in the system several years?

I definitely do not know everything about the WC system but this is not my first rodeo either. 6+ years and I am still learning everyday.

Your justification in your "take" of a FCE Exam seems biased to me but then I tell myself This is just a opinion that suits your outcome in the WC System.

What if I told you from my research, my readings and actual real world data with taking 2 FCE's, I disagree with most of your observations?

For the most part, I believe a FCE delivers the results most IW's are looking for. Can they be rigged? You betcha but the therapist who does this risk losing his liscense, his job, his integerity. Most will not do this.

There is a world of wrong with the WC system but also there is a world of miunderstanding the WC system concerning the IW and even there Attorney's.

If I have learned anything in the last 6 years it is this; FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT! Study and become knowledgeable. We might get knocked down but get up because we refuse to be knocked out!
