stipulations with request for award what does it mean california do i lose any of my rights 9% permanent disability

I dont know Ur state but I dont see you loosing the 9% permanent disability unless they are disputing it,all should all be written in the papers of the settlement.
Each day is not a rite,it's a given. |

it means the parties agree that the permanent disability for the injury is 9% and that the worker may need further medical It requests the comp court to make a formal award for those benefits.
