im trying to find out if anyone knows if you have the right to sue for a bad doctor?i was injured in 2007.in pa.ihave got my wrokers comp.but this one dr had dones 6 produsers on me and my knee was still not right.i have moved about 7 months ago to ohio.and just had my right knee done again full replacment.and the new dr said it was a mess..something like he never seen.is there any thing i can do about this other dr?i have been threw alot.and this knew dr and one surgery and im up walking like a new man.any hep would be great and thanks for reading

having a workers comp claim does not take away your legal right to file a 3rd party malpractice claim against a negligent physician or hospital. a malpractice atty can advise you on whether you have a case.

Yet, we here don't have a single clue of the type injury, all that was done, and performed on the knee, what you agreed to, or didn't agree to, did you follow each and every step, and protocol, and did the knee become reinjured?
