Partial Return to work
I work in Kentucky but live in ohio and I am very confused

I returned to work but only part time under my drs. care. The 1st 2 weeks were to
be between 20-25 hours then the next week 25-30 then 30-35 and gradually get back to 40. The dr. said the way he wrote it they would be liable for the difference.
Two different adjusters told me when I recieved my paycheck to fax over a copy and they would have a check cut the same day I faxed it. After 5 days after I faxed I called and was told KY does not pay partial return differences. I asked why
I wasn't informed of this and been lead to believe I would be paid the difference
she stated that states are different and their is nothing I can do.

How am I suppose to survive until I return full time?

Please Help ASAP

RE: Partial Return to work
you might have an option to file for benefits under ohio comp laws.
you'd have to check with an ohio work comp atty.
