Hey Everyone,
Well i just wanted to know i got hurt on my job (my back) and i've been taking days off to visit my Dr's and Physical Therapy? My question is do i still get paid for them days or what?? I dont know that much about worksman comp and my company is no help at the moment....Thank you & God Bless!!!!!!!!!!! |

under most states work comp law the carrier is only required to pay for disability not leave time. some employers or those with employment contracts have negotiated employer coverage for work comp treatment.
