Hey Everyone,

Well i just wanted to know i got hurt on my job (my back) and i've been taking days off to visit my Dr's and Physical Therapy? My question is do i still get paid for them days or what?? I dont know that much about worksman comp and my company is no help at the moment....Thank you & God Bless!!!!!!!!!!!

Well as they say: what is your State and did you file a work comp claim and did your physician give an order to take you off of work? as in the state of California you have to be off work longer than 3 days unless hospitalized before you qualify for work comp wage reimbursement.

under most states work comp law the carrier is only required to pay for disability not leave time. some employers or those with employment contracts have negotiated employer coverage for work comp treatment.
