 settlement mediation
what a joke! after the first three counter offers, the mediator and my attorney knew it wasn't going to work out. so now i wait for my court hearing in october.

My attorney sent a demand letter for settlement on the auto accident today. Only time will tell. |

Many times the claim will settle before hearing. The IC may make low offers during mediation and then contact your attorney afterward with another offer. Depends on how strong they feel their case is.
