She said that she wasn,t suppose to give me this cause it,s very very expensive, she said I looked like the kind of guy that,s really trying to get ahead in life, I told her I would pay for it,,,,she said na,I,ll bill it to the IC.
anyway this gel thingy is suppose to make the scar dissapear. So at night I,m not suppose to wear it,(then I can put the Vitamin E treatment on it) and was told to put the Gel thingy in the case she gave me. as of monday I go to PT 3 times a week. On The Road to Recovery |

RE: First PT Today
Grundig
Does this gel thingy look/feel like the stuff they use for attaching cards (fake ones) when you get applications for credit cards ?? I used to call it fake snot !! Clear looking and in a strip ?? If it is what I am thinking of, USE IT!!! I was given the same thing for the surgical area on my wrist. It actually helps hold the skin of the surgical sight in place so that it doesn't get pulled down by scar tissue. This, along with Palmers cocoa butter cream rubbed in 4 times a day made my scar almost unnoticeable. I know that your scar is a lot bigger than mine probably (mine runs from inside thumb area of right wrist to just below index finger) and unless I point it out, no one really notices it but me. However, my PT place had no qualms about giving it to me. She had a big box (almost like a foil or plastic wrap industrial size) of this stuff sitting on her counter. In fact, after I lost the 1st one, she gave me another. Have a good'n Angel ^j^ I've always been crazy, but it keeps me from going insane. ************ Happiness comes through doors you didn't even know you left open |
