the medical provider will be informed of the claims denial and, I suspect, they'll want replacement payment information. the whole purpose of rejecting your claim was to end payments.
get medical treatment if you can. some places may be willing to provide treatment under a lien arrangement but most won't without upfront $$ or insurance authorization. until our broken health care system gets fixed, it's difficult to get basic care. if you have no other resources try http://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov/ |
