RE: SETTLEMENT
Each and every case is different, and each state is different. Everyones level of inabilty after surgery is different. Will your body require further maintenace??? meaning, will you require further medical care, possibly another surgery or medication????????

There are many un answered questions, and if they were answered. No one would be able to answere the question you asked.

I would be more concerned with follow up medical care if needed as well as medications.

Bottom line is that monitary gain comes second and medical care comes first.

Take Care

RE: SETTLEMENT
will you ever have a chance of having a future surgery? If so, 45K is a drop in the bucket for a hospital stay from surgery
