 Hello
Was wandering around my puter, and happened upon ya'll. Thought I would drop in and say HI! I hope everyone is doing well. Just a quick heads up in my cases, I lost the 3rd party suit, and am fixing to settle with WC. I am selling out my medical due to the fact I do not want those incompetent twits to manage my "mis"healthcare any longer. I spoke to Spring recently, I thought ya'll would like to know she is okay, same ol' same ol'. Hugs to you all,

Hi Sithie, good to hear from you, you are missed. don't stay away so long. You know I settled and am also doing well , just hanging around.LOL Is nice to hear that Spring is ok as well and that you are keeping in touch. Take care, good luck with your settlement, and don't be a stranger.

Hey, I was just thinking about you. Was out in Durango this weekend for a niece's wedding, up at Durango Mountain Resort (formerly Purgatory Ski Area). Boy, that cool weather felt great!

good to hear from you Sithie. Don't blame you for giving up furture medical, but I hope you know what your doing. With you RSD you will require meds forever.
I'm scheduled for my 2nd lumbar sympathetic plexus block on the 31st. The first one provided some leg relief, but didn't make it down to my foot. I told the doctor to put more med in this time until it reaches my foot. It's funny you can feel where it is by the warm feeling. Sorry you lost your 3rd party but WC would have taken any settlement away from you, so it uncomplicates your case. Keep in touch, and say hello to Spring for me. The last time I talked to her was the last time she posted. I've always wonderred if she quit because of me for some reason. We talked a long time and seemed to have a lot in common. LOL! I remember her comment to me was "I'm so glad you're a REAL person". I wonder about that now. Take care

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |

I'm so glad you stopped in and let us have an update on you and Spring. Tell Spring hi from me. I hope you'll be able to stop by more often, we miss you. Since you were last here, I moved from Pa to Ca. I was unable to do my regular occupation (machinist), with using a cane and perm. restrictions. I now provide child care for my 4 grandbabies, when thier mom & dad both work on the same days. I love being with them and watch them grow, sometimes tiring, but worth it. I'm sorry about your 3rd. party suit, but as said before, W/C would have sucked it up from you. Take care & keep the faith. Love Vickie |
