If employers were above greed and conscientious in protection of the honest worker from harm, Black Lung would never have been a LAW it would have remained a disease.

ahhhhhhhhhh but it is a horriable disease as a coal miners daughter ,niece,grandaughter,cousin ect........I can tell you first hand it tears the lungs right outa your body
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....
