Answers to some questions on terminating an employee on workers comp
The sad truth is, no matter how good an employee you are, once you file a work injury, you have a stigma that changes everything. Eventually you will be gone.

Chris that is a very good article.
I took a HR class, and payroll accounting in college. The HR laws are very complex. |

RE: Answers to some questions on terminating an employee on workers comp
Chris,
This is a good article. This law should be accountable in all states. Then when the injured worker is terminated they may have a leg to stand on. It is so funny how issues and laws vary from state to state when it comes to WC. I think it is a disgrace that they do this. Thanks for the info. Take care and love ya!
