RE: Have trojan
Instead of reformatting yor hard drive or restoreing your computer to it's original state. First try restoreing your computer to a previous date. Computers create restore points randomly based on what the user has set, or when it sets it restore dates and time. Hope this does not confuse anyone. Go in to restore and restore to a previous date, select a date that u know that u did not have a virus or issuse. Once you do that restore all your documnets, pics. etc, will still be on your hard drive except for any documents or software, pics or etc. that has been installed since the time after the restore date that you have chosen. This is easier and much better than restoreing the entire computer to its original date you purchased it.
There are lots of software programs that will atttach to your e-mails and computer programs that will jump into your computer and people think they are viruses and will try to scan your hard drive only trying to make you think there is issues and what they are trying to do is persuade you into purchaseing their virus programs or software...That sounds like what has happend to some of you. Just restsore your computer to a previous date and you will be ok. it will be as tho it never happend...If you are running XP here are the steps. 1.start 2.all programs. 3.PC help and tools 4. system restore 5. here u can choose to restore to original or a previous date. You will need to wear a condom while doing this as not to spread it Hope this helps someone Cervical Fusion 2003, c5-c6. Herniated and damaged Disc L1- L4-L5 S1. RE: Have trojan
OMG I just read them posts, you guys are somthing and Wink you may need some help (ROFLMAO) I belive they make gas x ..............
Cervical_Fusion I have tried going back to a earlier day, and did work with mine but still has issues.... My sisters had the same viruses and lots more problems as I was not aware she was not running a virus protection-----( bad girl ). She did have adaware from lavasoft but she never updated it or ran it..... I did a complete restore but left out all the factory junk thats not needed.. Now the wifes is another story ( laptop ) It is giving me all kinds of grief.... I finnaly gave up and just deleted files and then reformated hard drive. Now the darn thing shuts off soon as I hit enter to install xp now... Now I have tried every thing Thought maybe it was getting to hot... not the case... I have never cracked open a laptop but have done several desktops, I do know my way around the inside from trial and error and built a few from scratch.......... I'm at a loss now cause the darn thing worked great before the virus.........might just go to wally world and pick up her a cheap e-machine..................Fustrated and going to quit trying tonight, got to sleep..................Now that I have vented, I dont feel any better............LOL.......Bronco |
