drug test
If I got hurt on the job and 6 days ago i smoked a little herb dose this denie me from my bennifits. even though my job never drug test or says we cant. any info would be great

you smoke ilegal drugs...you most likely lose your insurance and maybe your job
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

baloney.
the impairment due to drug use has to be the proximate cause of the injury. A positive drug test by itself is not grounds under mississppi law to deny the comp claim. |
