Trying to get back to work
I was told that there was a program that helped injured workers transition back into the workforce and helped them find jobs that were good for them, but I forgot what the name was, and I cant seem to find it. Does anyone know anything about this?!

RE: Trying to get back to work
I live in California. My injury was a broken elbow, I just got put on permanent & stationary status. My worker's comp. checks have been stopped and I need to try to do something to earn a living.

RE: Trying to get back to work
Most states have a Vocational Rehabilitation Program, a state program that will help injured workers return to work.
Also check you local Center for Independent Living, they are a wealth of information for the disabled and many have employment programs. |

RE: Trying to get back to work
If Your Claim is now Closed, I don't know that w/c is going to Help, but You can always Call and Ask. There May be Programs Available at the School You are thinking of Attending, Most Schools have a Financial Aide Department to Help! Good Luck!!
