Here is the catch though... I am technically still employed by the ambulance company... the one I was employed with when I was injured... so wouldn't wc still have to pay for hours missed from that job since I would no longer be with the job that I took after the ambulance. I know this is very confusing.

I was working for an ambulance company and got injured while working for them. I was being paid by workers comp. I had to get another job because workers comp checks were not coming in in a timely manner. I was cleared to do a desk job but not EMS. I am still employed by the ambulance company. Because the doctor wont clear me to go back to EMS wont they have to pay me for hours missed at the ambulance company??
