Hi Zara, and Welcome to the Forum! The Reason w/c is not Taxable is Because they only Pay You 66 2/3%, the Other Percentage not Paid should be Pretty Close to what You Paid in Taxes. Unless of Course You made Much More than the Max. amount in Your State, then they will only Pay You that. I'm not an Attorney, but I don't Believe that Your Income should come into Play as far as Your Wife's Child Support while You are on w/c. I Hope I'm Correct, and Have a Great Day!! Wink
