can anyone tell me in layman terms how it works in west va. I broke my back 8/15/2008 and have been on w.c. since however it is about to run out and the lawyer says the laws in west.va are all for employer and i cant work anymore except too be a welcome man at wallie world . he said they do not pay loss wages pain and suffering,ect i may get 250 the most will be 5000 how can anyone live on that maybe i missed something PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
