Select the text that you want printed. click file -> print Select the radio button "Selection" in the "Print range" section to the left of the print window. Print away! Just tried it this way with this forum, and it prints a nice double border around the text too! Avatar thanks to WINK! |

RE: need recipes of the week doner
Enchiladas
1Lb Ground beef or turkey 1 small tub of sour cream (about 1.5 cups) 1 large can Enchilada sauce 1 pack flour tortillas small ones work best 1 medium sized onion 2 cloves garlic 1tsp ground cumin (or more if you like them spicy) 1tsp chili powder ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt (I sometimes omit, depending on mood. I like low salt) 1 super small can mild chilies (or hotter if you like it HOT) 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or more if you like them cheesy like I do) You will need a disposable lasagna pan, to make cleanup easy, and the tortilla shells fit nicely in them. Also needed is a large skillet, about 12 inch or larger And you need a 9 inch pie plate, a ¼ cup measuring cup, and a glass plate larger than the shells. Brown beef or turkey in the skillet along with finely chopped onion and garlic. Drain well and wipe out pan. Put meat mixture in pan and add other spices. Add sour cream, and 1 cup of the cheese. You may substitute a “Mexican†blend cheese if you like. Mix it well, so everything is evenly distributed in the mixture. At this point, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Open the can of sauce and pour it in the pie plate to about a depth of 1 inch. Dip the first tortilla shell into the sauce and place on the glass plate. Place ¼ cup of the meat mixture into the shell approx 1/3 of the way in from one edge. Spread to the edge with fingers, and roll shell up. Meat mixture should spread to the edge of the shell. Pour 1/3 cup of sauce in the bottom of the lasagna pan, and spread all over. Place rolled up shell in the pan with the seam facing down. Repeat over and over until either you run out of meat, shells or room in the pan. About 12 should fit nicely in the pan. Keep pouring sauce that collects on the glass plate back into the pie plate as it accumulates so you don't make a mess. Once the pan is full, pour all remaining sauce into the pan with the rolled up Enchiladas and cover with 1 cup or more of cheese. Cook in oven until all hot and bubbly, about 1 hour or so. Give or take... just keep an eye on it. Avatar thanks to WINK! |
