RE: Deposition on thurs, scared, help?
Your attorney has to schedule the depo of the adjuster. And just an FYI, when a procedure gets to those numbers, in many companies, it's no longer the adjuster's call. Has to go through higher channels. The adjuster is just the one whose name ends up on the denial.

To be honest, most of the time, we used to get calls from the injured worker's attorney right before the depo saying "if you agree to this or that" we'll cancel the depo and the adjuster would give in. I never did because I tried to make sure I provided whatever was due in the first place. Once I told them to go ahead with the depo, THEY usually ended up cancelling.

Worse case scenario for me was if they found a mistake I made during the depo, it got corrected. But as long as you're doing the right thing, nothing to be afraid of.

You'll be fine. Don't eat too much chocolate! (but have a small piece for me)

I'm surprised the hearing hasn't been postponed; it doesn't seem like enough time to get the deposition and IME report to the judge.

hopefully you've contacted all your creditors by now and explained the circumstances and that you are applying for disability.
most will work with those in that situation as long as you come to them.
