RE: Epidural injections

I will add my 2 cents as I totally agree on the depression issue. It took me 3 years and a breakdown to accept the changes. My body will never be the same and neither will my mind. I was forced into retirment 10 years earlier than I planned BUT now that I have accepted all that's been given me I am thrilled. I hurt everyday. God has given me a second chance and has given me something I never had. Time. Freedom. I can smell the roses for the first time in my life and love every minute of it. Life is still hard as my husband's health could be better, but I still look at things as if I have been given another chance. I am trying not to waste one valuable minute of what God has given me. I have grown to know myself better and like myself more for who I am. Not everyone will like me and not everyone does but that's OK. I pray for everyone here everyday. I am and always will be an IW>

God is never late.

In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years.

RE: Epidural injections
Capricorn, that is a great way to look at it. Is does take time to learn to deal with the pain everyday, if we do learn to deal with it. I think even if we look at the good things in life there are still days it just all hits you. And as others have said just having a place like this forum helps with those times. Just knowing there are other that will pray for you is a blessing I hope everybody can understand.

Chris>>>> I like you too!Tongue

You'll get there . It took me alot longer to deal with the mind and emotional changes than it did my physical changes. It's almost, actually is the same as the grieving process. Once you go through the stages you'll feel much better. So sad what happens to people whose only mistake is working hard.

God is never late.

In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years.
