Dear Red, I want to say that with the support of your mom and dad and children, along with your forum famly, you will heal and as time passes your life will calm. I would have called, but with all the others calling I felt you need some rest, My thoughts have been with you, Gail said tell her she is a survivor and will get through this.
Remember you are loved, respected and if you need anything I am here for you.
Just give a yell and with the grace of our good lord, you will be OK.

I am so glad you came in to let us know what's going on and how you are doing. I won't call, as with Tuffy I feel you need some rest and now with your parents there I know you are in good hands.

You know you can call me anytime of the day or night so please make sure you do if you need to.

I am so happy to see you have support now from your parents being there for you to get through this time. I could not imagine what you are going through as I also have been with my husband since I was 13 yrs. old. The only man I ever had in my life. Now married 28yrs. and together 34 yrs. he is the only partner in my life. My friend, my husband. I know this is going to be difficult but feel you did the right thing and like others have said, you may also be helping others in your situation to speak up and get help also.

Things happen sometimes in people's lives to reach out to help others. That is what you have always done with your nursing career,,officer etc. I feel this also may be gods plan for you in life to become a recoverer of abuse and to speak about it and help others. My prayers are with you to make it through all this.
