welcome to the forum and I am so very sorry for your loss....I have no answers for you but hang on someone will come along that might be able to answer your questions
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

RE: Widow Benefits from Workman's Comp.
Hi there, and welcome to the forum.
I'm very sorry for your loss, and hope you can find some peace from the grieving here on the forum. I also have no answer for you....and sometimes it's slow on the weekends (especially Holidays) so I'm bumping this up for you. Take care. Lilly Injured worker, & tired of it all! I'm too old for games!! A careless word may kindle strife, a cruel word may wreck a life, a timely word may level stress, and a loving word may heal and bless! |
