Sad work harrasment
I am knew to the wc world. i would appreciate advice on what to do as my employer has currently wrote me up and threatened to terminate me for missing kmoree wore as the absences wre related to my work injury. i live in wa state what should i do??!! I am distraught as my surgery for this injury will not be until the end of july 09 and if i miss one more day hour i will be terminated. will i still be able to draw my wc if i get terminated?? Help please

Has your treating doctor wrote that you should work, or should be off work?

workers comp is not health insurance; it continues as long as you have a claim.
apply for fmla with your employer; it provides 12 weeks of job protection while you are off work.
