I think its low also, but the lowest state I know of is New Mexico at 32 cents per mile. Here in Fl it's finally up to 44.5 cents since 7/2006. Before that it was 29 cents and that was from when I starting adjusting claims in 1994! Not sure how long before that since it had changed. Each state is different and some make no sense. Some go by the IRS rate and some just make up there own based on who knows what. |

Our state I think goes by the IRS. Gosh, that is peanuts for some states especially with the cost of fuel. Thanks for that info Kate. Take care and God Bless.
