RE: Bill's out of surgery
Jayne, You are in My Prayers, as is Bill and Your Father and Mother. As long as You have Power of Attorney, let the Vultures Hover, it happens in Every Family. Leave those thoughts for later and Worry about You, Bill, and Your Folks!! Maybe Someone from the Church can go and Stay at Your Folks Home for a Few Days, so nothing Disappears! My Prayers stay Strong!!

RE: Bill's out of surgery
Jayne, I found out with Randy that there is a topical anesthetic (I believe) that they can use for Bill and his catheter. It would just go on the tip of his ummm, well you know what. It does help relieve the discomfort. I believe it's a form of Lidocaine but Im not sure. The catheter's are uncomfie as hec and they don't seem to volunteer this info but it helped Randy quite alot, he was ready to yank the thing out!
I'm so sorry to hear of your parents and have them in my prayers as well. If you haven't told Bill you might want to wait so as not to stress him out. I am so sorry you are going through this at all much less all at once. Sure wish I was close to you I could sit with your parents while you are with Bill. Please click the link below to help provide food for homeless animals. It's free and only takes a second of your time! RE: Bill's out of surgery
The D.O.N. of the nursing home that I fought so hard last year is helping me..once we found out we were both on the same page and stopped bumping heads we gee haw real well....right now she is keeping an eye on my folks and calls me with updates several times a day....Bill is just waiting for a room in cardiac care right now and should go home at the end of the week then the real work starts as I keep him down for awhile....I went home and slept last night for the first real sleep I have had in 2 weeks amazing how much better things seem today....and I dont have to be the hard (Jayne's lame attempt to bypass the Bad Word Filter) as my son the marine is here being just that....I can stand down and just be a wife.......I do not know how to express how very much you all have helped thru this....I couldnt have done it without you and our church.....thank you seems so little but right now its all I have......
We are in sparks hospital in Fort Smith Arkansas and they have the best cardiac care in this area so I am content that they know what they are doing....again thanks, jayne ;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....
