workers comp lawyer
I live in Texas.

Can I still get a workers comp lawyer if my case was denied? Or am I just supossed to appeal it myself without a lawyer?

They are saying that I didn't file my accident within the time frame. " but I did file it within the time.

Thanks

RE: workers comp lawyer
You can appeal it yourself OR get an attorney. It's your personal preference. I have found it easier with an attorney. How about starting with a good WC attorney who will giv eyou one free consultation and take it from there. Yes you can still get WC after being denied. The majority of us here were denied. Best of luck.

God is never late.

In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years.

RE: workers comp lawyer
Thanks so much for the info. I feel so lost, even here with the website. I don't understand why workers comp is so difficult, or just the entire process. I don't like going through all of this long drawn out process. But I have to just stay focused and keep my head up.

Thanks for your kind words.

I don't know your situation, but I hope everything is going good for you.

Yes,1171, I am finding out very quickly that it's very difficult and for some reason my job doesn't feel like I'm telling them the truth about the accident..

I am not going to give up,, I don't feel it's right to be treated like I am a liar.

Thanks for your help.
