i had a low back injury 1998 and low thoracic.award was 18% whole person.6%thoracic,12%lumbar.ok now got hurt again hernaited t-7 t-8,award 15%whold person.got award letter today said they are taking 6% away from the 15%,due to the old injury,my point is this is a new injury upper thoracic.do you get one raiting.on your thoracic,no matter what frist time posting im from wv thank you

disability from multiple injuries to the same area are apportioned among them.
the areas that are assigned ratings are those that are listed in the AMA guide to rating disability. discuss the rating with your physician |
