RE: Trial has been set
I want to thank all of you for taking the time to post here, and wish, or pray for a good outcome for me.
Yesterday, had met with my Attorney, spent 4 hours with him. We went over all my cases step by step. Then we prep for the hearing over and over again. Making sure every aspect of my cases were in proper order. We even made corrections as they came up also. Now, we are hoping that the notice of this hearing for Tuesday June 16, 2009 will get the Attorney's from the second Insurance Carrier to make a move towards a settlement before the Hearing does start. As I had said many times before in the past, my cases is best settled out of a Hearing process. Well, all we can do is hope that comes into play now. But either way, I wont loose any sleep over this. I'm ready for the hearing, as I have been ready for it for many years now. Even my attorney said yesterday, as I was talking to him just from memory, that he can't understand on how I could remember every and each little detail without have to look it up, or read it from my folders. Heck, that's simple, as I have ran my whole case through my head over and over again. Names, places, dates, every doctor, mine and theirs, reports, surgeries everything was on the tip of my tounge. LOL Then I asked him on how he want me to respond to the other 2 Attorney's that would be asking me questions also. He said you know the drill, and if you like even explain the details to them. He said we have a very good Hearing Officer, and is very fair. Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. They are based on personal opinions, experience, or research and are "not to be taken as fact or legal advice", otherwise, always consult an attorney or a doctor. |
