Hello does anyone no if personal injury ime and wc ime are the same?

Not sure Frito but I would think that an independent medical eval would be the same for personal injury(are you referring to an auto accident) and for WC> God is never late. In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years. |

some doctors do both. there are different medical questions/issues that have to be answered.

It's always smart to take someone with you for the exam who can witness and document everything thats occurs during the exam. Be sure to check and make a note of the Drs credentials and specialty.

Might want to check. The WC IME they sent me to nobody was allowed to go back with me during the exam. Showed in his report because of how much the doctor lied on the report why he doesn't want any witness. Hearing officer saw thru it all so the company paid good money for a report that did them no good at all. They paid the doctor twice for the one report so that made me happy
