I recieved my TTD checks like clockwork......then the NASTY ADJUSTER reared her ugly head....and, with the stroke of one computer button, I was cut off.
I waited 2 weeks then said something to my NEW NCM....everyone at IC was baffled...I knew Ms Bit** did it, and so did they! Guess what....she was transferred to a different dept. thankfully....but not soon enough for me to hire a lawyer! I promptly recieved my checks again without any wait. So, what I'm saying.....Did you piss any one off and they got revenge? Lilly Injured worker, & tired of it all! I'm too old for games!! A careless word may kindle strife, a cruel word may wreck a life, a timely word may level stress, and a loving word may heal and bless! |

now Lilly you know adjusters dont do that on a whim.............lol they do it just because they can.lol
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

Jayne,
I know this gal "did it"....because she could, and because she was a royal biotch. I even asked my new CM and NCM if I was difficult to talk to.....they told me no, i was very pleasant....and I told them that I was having difficulty just conversing with this gal...I was told by my wc person...that she was a difficult bag, and they could not talk to her either, without great difficulty, or having an argument. Then it was wispered to me.."she's being transferred in a week, call back then" HEE HAW!!!!! Ding Dong the witch is dead ! Lilly
