Hurt Last Week
We are in Arkansas and my husband stepped off a curb and hurt his ankle last week while out of town on a job site. He was attempting to obtain some tools from his work van while doing so. He did not go to the dr at the time due to being out of town and a busy work schedule, but retwisted his ankle and worsened his still healing injury tonight. Will workmans comp cover this or no? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!!

RE: Hurt Last Week
I too am from Arkansas and know if the enjury was reported to his employer it should be covered. Just make sure it gets reported with an acident report filed with wc. If there was a witness to the accident it would help. Good luck
