TECHNIQUE: Routine MRI of the lumbar spine is performed in the sagittal plane from T12 to the sacrum.the patient is large and the lower thoratic spine is not very visible.

FINDINGS: The sagittal images show normal alignment of the vertebral bodies with loss of signal in the L5-S1 disc substance. No fractures or subluxations. There is asymmetric bulging of the annulus at L5-S1 slightly narrowing the left neural foramina.I see no focal herniation or nerve root impingement. No significant hypertrophy or degeneration of the facets Conus is at it's normal height.

IMPRESSiON: Mild degenerative change L5-S1 disk level. No fracture, herniation or focal lesion.

RE: back injury in ga
You have a bulging disk at the L5-S1 and it is not pressing on the nerve.

8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom.
