RE: Lost time from work do they have to pay you?
If your employer is trying to help you get your time off paid, then maybe they will be willing to pick up the tab? I doubt it! That is why they are putting it on WC. They must know WC won't pay for dr. appts. (just mileage in most states).

You are not alone. We have all encountered this situation, where we have to use our S/L, or other available Leave until it is all exhausted. Then your employer let's you go bye bye, adios amigo, it was nice knowing you!

Let Go, and Let God......

RE: Lost time from work do they have to pay you?
Yes they have offered to pay mileage and sent me the paperwork to full out to get reimbursed. I just have not sent it in yet. I've kept track of it though. Hopefully will get it on their form this weekend. I emailed it to the adjuster once but she said it had to be on the form.
