Oregon Pictures
Hi all...just a quick look at our trip to Oregon. All is well with this trip. I did a lot of painting with Del's and my neices. Here are two pictures of two of Del's neices.

[attachment=353] Del's neice painting

[attachment=354] Another of Del's neices painting

Del and I flew home yesterday. We got home after midnight last night. We flew from Eugene Oregon to San Francisco and then onto Philadelphia. Due to my wheelchair...they moved Del and I to first class... in the last plane becasue they had room. It was a much more comfortable trip back than going there. Del and I have decided that unless absolutely neccessary we are not flying again and we are going to drive, even as far as to Oregon.

I called a realtor this morning. He is coming to look at our house on Friday. It looks like it is going to be a sale or something. I have finally wrapped my head around this and am ok with it. Thinks do change in our lives, some we can control and some we can not..either way, it is alway how we handle our losses that count, not the loss its self...at least that is the motto I am going to hang on to. I have more pictures... plan to show but will take off tomorrow night ok...love you all Red

[attachment=355] This is one of Brooke's daughters. She is the one who had the auto accident and we all prayed very hard for. Kylee is 5 years old. She did great.

[attachment=356] This is Brooke's oldest daughter. She did great also. She is 7 years old.

[attachment=357] I thought you might like to see this one. This is Linda, me (red hair), and Vickie. We were best friends all the way through school. Linda and I met in the third grade, and Linda and I met Vickie in the 7th. Vickie lives in Eugene so Linda picked me up and we drove the hour and one half to her house and stayed the night my first Saturday there. I don't believe I have had this much fun since high school. We laughed giggled and laughed some more. Oh and just so you all know...Linda..the one to my left is wearing a girls size 13. She is very small.

[attachment=358] This was a pineapple and other fruit that I painted while in Oregon for my daughter.

On Wednesday of last week, Del and I took our grand daughter to Wild life Safari. She had a blast so did we. Below are a few pictures of the day.

Oh it looks like you had a really fun trip girl, I am so happy for you! I guess I am behind on quite a few things. We need to get caught up when you're rested. Maybe Sunday night if you're up to it? I've been missing you dearly but klnow you have been busy with the wedding and your trip. Life has been full of happiness for you lately, I am so thrilled for you Smile

Hugs,
monster

BTW - you sure do teach people how to paint quickly!!! The paintings are all great and Ilove the white reindeer and Del on the camel, that's a cute pic of them Smile

[attachment=364] This is just a few of some animals in the distance and some of the Oregon country side

[attachment=363] This animal...walked right up to us...no fear, most likely looking for food even though the park rules are no food. I didnt' feed him or her.

[attachment=365] These elephants were cleaning cars. They would suck up water from buckets below and spray the water on the cars. The kids love this, but the cars did not get clean of course.

[attachment=366] There are three different types of animals grazing in this field. Wild life safari is an open terrain for all the animals except the lions, cheetahs, and bears to roam.

[attachment=367] I don't think I would want to get to close to this one either.

[attachment=368] These animals are so beautiful.
