Yes, I watched the IME one just now also. Funny, the doctor showed he could care less of what was even being shown to him. Yet, he will be used again, and again...

Exposure is what it is.

Making an item Public information.

When saying the above, you always must know, that no Business, or Goverment wants to be exposed in the Public eye.

Jesse Jackson, has proven this over many years to work well in his favor. Yet I don't like Jesse...

I'm sure more will come out as time goes on now...

This Web Site is Exposure... Thanks ADMIN....

RE: Workers Comp Article in NY Times
In the depo from the IME doctor the company sent me to he said several things wrong. The one that was the funniest was that I had RF twice in one month and I didn't. He said this is what my papers showed, he even said it was very strange to have it done that often but yet couldn't even read the report right I guess. BUt just like bad boy said companies will keep paying him for false reports. Maybe one day we will be able to sue doctors like that and these false reports will stop.

RE: Workers Comp Article in NY Times
i got a false report from am ime from my employers dr and at my hearing yesterday the judge threw it right out their dr has credibility issues that are well known. i mean i have 3 dr that all say the same thing about my disibility and in comes a paid dr from my employer that says nothing is wrong and i can go back to work with no restrictions. i wish there was some way i could go after this guy, i have to hand it to them they tried but in the end they will get caught
