gotta ?
My rehab lady said she was going to call my DR and see if he would release me for a job.Can she do that with all the new laws on privacy.It wont work anyway because you have to be able to lift 50# and im at 10 for life now and she knows that.thanks.

she can call she is part of your medical team.......now weather or not he releases you is a whole nother story
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

nope she is not,she was hired by a insurance company and the only contact we have is phone and e-mail.its out of my restrictions anyway,but she is still trying and it wont work.and no this is not wc ins a different ins company.

ok gotta hold of my lawyer he`s been gone on spring break and he said she has no right to call the DR and ask him to release me,for one its out of my restrictions and two if the DR did release me with out seeing me that's malpractice on his part.She just wants her money and too be done with me,because she cant find me a job that fits or any one that will take a broke back with disabilities.
