W/C Combined Injuries
Hello, first time here. I have had three knee surgeries and have reached MMI. When I was injured I tore my LCL and ACL with damage to the common peroneal nerve that caused drop foot. I have recovered ROM on the drop foot but do not have any feeling in the top of my foot, toes or the bottom left part of my leg. W/C is lumping everything together from my knee down to the loss of feeling in my toes and top of foot. In Illinois PPD for a leg is 215 weeks and 167 weeks for 100% loss. I question if this should be lumped into an all inclusive loss on my leg or if the foot and toes are to be separated. Also, if anyone knows how to get ahold of the latest DCI report from NCCI please let me know. Thank you
