Right shoulder injury....1st time WC

I have a question for those of you out there who had a shoulder injury..........bursitis, rotator cuff, tendonitis...........did you ever get an elevated temp with that condition. I ask this because each time I have gone back to the medi clinic and they took my temp, it was 99.6. My temp usually is 96. I communicated this with the doc there and she immediately dismissed my concern saying we do not consider a fever UNTIL 106!!!!!! That is crazy.

I think I may have a little bit of infection in the bursa sac and may need an antibiotic. When I said this to her she said we do not write scripts for antibiotics!
Well, forget her, I will just get some tetracycline from my pop. A mild infection can actually impede the healing process.
