RE: Right shoulder injury....1st time WC
fairycatz...are you using Volteran on your shoulder??? I have a tube that was prescribed for my ankle and would love to try it on my shoulder but was a little afraid.
Cindy...I was never completely immobile until my shoulder froze. For one year they injected me with steroids in two different areas of my shoulder and I did PT. Surgery was done and part of my acromium bone was taken off to remove the impingement plus the surgeon found a 2 inch rotator cuff tear when he got in there that didn't show up on the MRI. I had the surgery done with a nerve block. That was horrible. Started P 2 weeks post-op and the first PT I had yanked my arm so hard that we both heard something snap and my whole collarbone and pec muscle swelled up. My last MRI shows multiple problem s that can't be fixed. I have severe pain in my bicep 24/7 that nothing helps. I also injured my neck at the same time and have a pinched nerve at the C7 and spinal stenosis so I know alot of my arm and hand pain comes from my neck. Be careful. I hurt my bicep about 6 months before my shoulder. Couldn't move my arm for 2 weeks. Had to keep it close to my body. I believe I either tore my bicep ot have bicipial tendonitis. I wish you the best. Capricorn God is never late. In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years. |
