RE: Right shoulder injury....1st time WC
Cindy, what the Nurse told You about PT before an MRI may Sounds Stupid and Silly, but that is Usually what they do Here in Pa! My Lower back was Severely Injured, and My Muscles were so Tight, it took a Month of PT just to Prepare Me to Lay on an MRI Table. If that's not Your Situation, Fight for an MRI, and Hopefully You'll get it. And if You were Working Full-Time and now You are getting Less Hours than Before Your Injury, if Your Claim is Accepted, You will Receive a Supplement Check for Your Lost Hours! My Opinion Only, I have been to 12 Hearings and Won, Won My Appeal and Received even another Win, and am Currently Preparing to Head to the Comonwealth Court to Fight and Win Again, Please Speak with an Attorney that Deals with w/c Cases, Most First Consultations are Usually Free! Pa. w/c is Like Stepping into Bizzaro World, and Very Hard to Navigate on Your Own. Please seek some Help to Protect Your Rights!
Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled. Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!! |
