vocational rehab meeting-update

Hi guys. After another rescheduled meeting I finally went to my voc rehab and here is the deal. I went to my attorney's office and there was a lady waiting for me, explaining what is going on. The reason for this meeting is that the WC is trying to deny my case because they don't believe that my injury is work-related. When I was on the IME last time, the doctor confirmed all my injuries but said that they aren't work-related which means that I'm having all this trouble because I'm old. I was injured in 2003 and I was only 35. So because my attorney can't testify for me, she said that she is going to review my case and also she is going to be something in between me and the WC. Long story short, they are trying to make some kind of deal to satisfy both sides. The lady is not supposed to be on my side but she did recommend me to go back to my doctor's office to modify my restrictions. Previous restrictions had not addressed specific limitations in regards to my knees. So after she got through with me and my case a WC person was waiting so she can hear their story.
I went to the Doctor's office and told him about my situations, and basically he said they can't do this because I'm permanently disabled and most likely we are gonna end up in court for trail. So it looks like that my case is in her hands right now, and if the judge agrees with the WC, than I'm really going to end up going to see judge myself so he can hear my side of the story. She said that she is going to contact me if she needs something and probably in a few weeks she is gonna have some answers for me. I don't know what time and when, I just have to wait until they come up with some answers.

Last year 11/03/2008 you had a Post stating you were set-up for Medation. Did this ever take place?

Hi BBBB, It was scheduled on December 15, and cancelled from WC site. I called my attorney's office to find out why it was cancelled, his secretary stated, "I don't know". Soon after that I received a letter from my attorney's office to advise me that my vocatonal rehab. meeting is scheduled for me. And that was the same meeting that I went to. I'm thinking now, perhaps this lady from VR might be the one who is going to be a mediator between me and WC. I remember now from that meeting that she said,"They can say whatever they want, we still have to see what judge has to say," And if we are not satisfied with his decision, then we have to go to trial.
