Heard from Attorney yesterday, finally we go to court on Feb 10th. Its been a very long wait, about 3 yrs of drama,hopefully it all ends there and it can be resolved .

good luck...be prepared many do not go to trial.......as one side will tell the court they are not ready or both sides will settle before court

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile
