time limits on filing a claim
I have been on disability insurance for two years. My abuse was mental and I did not file with EEOC although I was told by two lawyers that I had a claim. My insurance is ending. I am still disabled according to my doctor. Can I file for Workman's Compensation insurance now.

Welcome bebo!! We are going to need the State You were Injured in, and a bit More Info. on the Injury to be able to Answer You. W/C is State Specific, and with Your Info. I'm Sure Someone will be along to Give You the Answers You Search!!

each state has a website with workers comp information. most have a link to the state work comp law or provide statute of limitations information.
