Hi everyone i am new to this web sight but have been on wc for about three years and just recieved a rating msc rating hearing does this mean i am close to settling?

what state are you in?
Hearings are held by the court to resolve many different issues and not just setttlements.
Many states pay impairment benefits and require a rating before settlement can be calculated.
