Carpal Tunnel and Left Shoulder injury

Carpal Tunnel and Left Shoulder injury
I had carpal Tunnel Surgery in 1999, my primary complaint was both arms, elbow and shoulders pain. I just had the shoulder surgery in Feb 2008 for the pinch nerver. My question is I don't understand why is it that when I had the shoulder surgery I had a 11% disability rating and I already had a disibility rating of 11% from the carpal tunnel surgery in 1999, but I was not compensated anything after my shoulder surgery. The insurance company act as if nothing happen, sure all my medical bills were paid but I think I should have been evaluated again and paid accordingly. I am still in pain from arthritis in both wrist, thumbs, shoulders elbows arms.
Can anyone give me some good advise. I can't seem to get a lawyer to take my case the minute I tell them that I was paid in 2000 it like hands off. I think I have a good case. I went to a hearing and the insurance company did not have anything in there file on my case and the board of insurance had nothing either. I have all my paperwork but I am afraid to give them copies.
Any advise I can get will be appreciated.

Neddie!!!!!!!!!!!

RE: Carpal Tunnel and Left Shoulder injury
If you are afraid to replace the court and legal system with copies you have it may be difficult to win your case.
if you had a prior atty maybe the won't be afraid to share their files with the court and then you won't have make copies of your records.
Trying to get a favorable court decision with inadequate records will be difficult.

I think your right, about sharing my files. What do you think about my case, I've had since 1999 and finally in 2008 (I've had several therapy rounds, cortizone shots over the years)and I decided to have the shoulder surgery I had put off since 1999. Why can't I be compensated for both injury mmi rating separtately, I was told that they settle with me in 2000 and that was all no matter what my disabitlity rating of 11% in 2008 so the just ignored it. Really I think I now have a 22% disabiltiy in my left side. Please advise.
