|
hi guys , been gone for a long time ,and I see you guys have really done a good job with all of the upgrades! My question is my doctor told me that i wont be going back to my job,and also recommends me get a fusion to my L3,L4 ANDL4,L5 discs but the insurance doctor told 3weeks work conditioning and back to work big contrast in diagnosis huh! anybody please tell my rights.

Depends on your state; each has different rules. Generally you go to the comp board to get a decision as to which is going to be followed.

20Foottall, nothing wrong with trying work hardening because if it show's and proves you can't handle, or advance, then it will be to your Medical Benefit.
I know you have been seen by a Doctor and all, and you talked about the spinal Disc, but has anything been sugested as what should be done to help you? And if so, what has happened from that point?
