The Workers' Compensation Act does not address the issue of mileage reimbursement, except in Section 314, which states in part: ". . . the employer shall pay reasonable traveling expenses and lost wages incurred by an employee in order to submit himself to such examination or expert interview. . . . . . . " This is for an employer requested examination. PA may not pay mileage for treatment.
